Illegal Substances & Conduct Illegal drugs and activities void rental with no refund and will be reported. Disorderly guests may be removed at their expense. 4. Liability Renters are fully responsible for their safety, injury, damages, fuel, cleaning, and towing, payables to be immediately reimbursed at retail cost if beyond the deposit. 5. Timing & Extensions Rental starts at the agreed time. Extensions are at the owner's discretion and must be pre-approved. 6. Safety Rules Non-swimmers may need life jackets—inform the operator. Unsafe disabilities may prevent participation. Guests must board independently. 7. Children Guardians must provide USCG-approved life jackets for kids under 6. 8. Cancellations Refunds for extreme weather only (e.g., named storms and hurricanes). No refunds for rain or missed destinations. 9. Pets Pets are allowed at the discretion of the master. Safety, cleanliness and the potential for damage are primary considerations.
