Weather Cancellation Policy: In case of inclement weather, the safety of passengers is our top priority. If weather conditions pose a safety risk, we may need to cancel or reschedule the booking. We'll make every effort to communicate this in advance. Late or No-show Bookings: To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or modifications to your booking. If 24 hours' notice isn't provided, or in the case of no-shows, the reservation will be considered non-refundable and subject to a charge for the full price of the trip. Additionally, please note that being late will impact the excursion time, shortening the experience with us. This policy enables us to manage bookings efficiently and provide the best experience for all guests. Safety Considerations: Safety is paramount. We have safety protocols in place and ask guests to adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by our Captain and crew. Any youth under the age of 12 must wear a securely fastened PFD of appropriate size during the voyage. U.S. Coast Guard approved personal floatation devices are located in the cabin below deck for your safety. Boat Rules: To maintain a pleasant and safe environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited on the vessel. Additionally, to preserve the quality of our seating, we kindly request that guests refrain from consuming red wine or using aerosol spray as they can stain the seats (which are white). We also ask that all guests refrain from any actions that could jeopardize the safety and comfort of others. Adherence to these guidelines ensures a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone aboard. Tipping Policy: Tipping is customary in the service industry, and our crew greatly appreciates it. The standard tip is 10-15% of the excursion cost, which helps support our local crew for the exceptional service they provide. Booking Modifications and Refunds: We understand that plans may change. To receive a full refund, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for booking modifications or cancellations. Per our "Late or No-show Bookings" policy, if the cancellation isn't made within 24 hours or falls under our non-refundable criteria, no refund will be provided unless we need to cancel due to adverse weather conditions. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, you will receive a full refund. This policy is in place to ensure transparency and fairness in our booking process.
