Rental Terms & Policies Weather Policy All trips are subject to weather conditions. Only severe or unsafe weather (as determined solely by the captain) will result in a reschedule or refund. Light rain, cloudy conditions, or brief showers do not qualify for cancellation. If weather conditions change during the trip, the captain may modify or end the trip early for safety reasons without refund. Late Arrivals & No-Shows All guests must arrive 15–20 minutes prior to departure. The charter will depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in lost time and will not extend the trip duration. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Safety & Captain Authority The captain has full authority over the vessel and all passengers at all times. Any guest who is deemed unsafe, excessively intoxicated, or non-compliant may have the trip terminated immediately without refund. Safety instructions must be followed at all times. Boat Rules • No illegal drugs or prohibited substances onboard • No reckless behavior, including unsafe swimming or diving • No damage to the vessel or equipment (guests are responsible for any damages caused) Guest Responsibility The person booking the trip is responsible for all guests in their party and agrees to these terms on their behalf. Trip Modifications Destinations and routes may be adjusted at the captain’s discretion based on weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns.
