In the event that weather and sea conditions do not permit the charter to commence before it has started and the boat did not leave port, the date of the charter will be modified. If under no circumstances the date can be modified then we will cancel the tour and issue a full refund. The company is not legally liable for loss or damage of personal property or injury, sickness or disappointments while on tour. If personal injury occurs the guest is covered for up to 9,000,000 euros. the company is not responsible for any force majeure or interruptions due to weather or other unanticipated conditions. The excursion route may be modified at the discretion of the captain based on the utmost safety of the passengers and crew due to weather and sea conditions. If the weather changes during your charter and the sea becomes choppier it is the captain who will deem the excursion acceptable to continue or stop. Rain or waves are not cause for cancellation unless it hinders the safety of the charter.
