Unreal day exploring Capri, Positano, and Amalfi. Every stop felt like a postcard — crystal clear water in Capri, stunning cliffside views in Positano, and the charm of Amalfi all in one trip. The itinerary was well-paced so we never felt rushed, and there was plenty of time to enjoy each stop. Huge shoutout to the skipper — on the way back we got caught in a sudden wind storm, and it really showed how capable the RIB and crew were. The boat felt solid and safe the entire time, and the skipper handled the conditions calmly and professionally, which made a big difference. Overall, an amazing experience and one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see the coast properly from the water.

Cancellation Policy Up to 30 days before the scheduled service: no penalty. From 29 to 11 days before: 50% of the total will be charged. Within 10 days prior: 100% of the total will be charged. In case of refund, bank charges will be applied to the customer. In case of adverse weather conditions: - The tour will be rescheduled for the following days, using the same boat or a similar one from our fleet. - If rescheduling is not possible due to extreme weather, a full refund will be issued, minus 5% to cover service management costs. (This clause is not valid for overnight stays on multiple-day cruises). - If the sea is rough during a multi-day cruise, and the service can be carried out safely, it will proceed as planned. Otherwise, the Company may choose to reschedule or refund the service (minus 5% service fee). - If you decide to end the tour during the first hour due to rough sea, we will issue a 100% refund. Valid only for departures from Sorrento on full-day charters. Not valid for overnight stays. IMPORTANT: If the customer boards and the tour begins despite bad weather, no refund will be provided. Sorrento Luxury is not responsible for any issues or service failures related to restaurants or beach clubs chosen directly by the customer or an intermediary. Technological maintenance activities are planned in advance, but sometimes this may imply the substitution of elements, and making a replacement may take longer…in this case, the Company will proceed by offering a same-size boat, a similar one, or even a bigger one. If the sea is rough during a multi-day cruise, and the service can be carried out safely, it will proceed as planned. Otherwise, the Company may choose to reschedule or refund the service (minus 5% service fee). If you decide to end the tour during the first hour due to rough sea, we will issue a 100% refund. Valid only for departures from Sorrento on full-day charters. Not valid for overnight stays. All cancellations must be submitted by email.
