We had such an awesome day cruising around Tahoe! John was great about communicating what to expect and quick to respond to all of our questions. The boat was great, there are plenty of cup holders and places to sit or lay out. And there is more than enough room for everyone to store their stuff so it’s not in the way. The top provides plenty of shade when you need it and folds up out of the way when you want some extra sun. There are internal ballast tanks and trim tabs to adjust the wake which makes it great for a group wanting to surf with varied ability levels. I would highly recommend, overall it was an amazing experience and we will be renting from John again next summer!
We have 8 adults and 2 kids in the boat. The boat is new and spacious, it's even equipped with heating tubes to warm you up when you get out of the water. John is also very easy to communicate with. The weather wasn't good for the day we scheduled so John recommended doing it the next day. That definitely made our experience much better.
Great boat, fun captain, killer wave. Will rent again next year
You’ll get directions to the departure location when you make a booking.
Full refund up to 5 days prior.
No one enjoys this section but it is important! Gas and Captain are both paid for directly by the chartering party at the conclusion of the charter. This can be done through venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Refunds: No shows are not able to receive a refund unless the charter is cancelled well in advance. Arriving late on the day of the charter will not result in time being added or refunded. A refund will be suggested by the owner for any weather that poses a reasonable safety concern (lightning, severe winds, low visibility, and heavy rain). Weather inconveniences such as light rain, choppy water due to moderate winds, or a cloudy/cold day will not be eligible for a refund. Safety Precautions: There are regulations set by the coast guard that we would like to make known to you. Whenever the boat is moving at a speed that creates a wake, all passengers must be inside the seating area of the boat. All children under 13 years of age must wear life jackets at all times. Passengers will not stand in the boat while at high speeds. The boat comes with 13 life jackets for adults and 4 life jackets for kids. The boat has a stalked med kit, a fire extinguisher, and a GPS tracking system in the event of an emergency. The rental of the boat also includes a list of contacts that could be necessary if an emergency were to occur. These include the coast guard, a tow service, and the sheriff’s office. Finally, we do not allow red wine onto the boat. It is also very helpful for the longevity of the interior if guests remove sand from any shoes, bags, or coolers before entering the boat.
