We are a small sailing business run by a couple, and we’re happy you found us. For us, this is not just a boat trip. It’s a journey — personal, calm, and real. Our boat becomes your floating home, and we are not simply crew. We are your travel companions and guides along the way. We value our passengers as guests, and we share the trip the same way we would with our own friends. We sail to smaller, less crowded islands and places that have kept their local character. Along the way, we share our love for sailing and our knowledge of Greek culture, history, and mythology. These waters have been sailed for thousands of years, and following those routes gives every journey a deeper meaning. We visit secluded bays, beautiful towns and ports, suggest hiking paths, swim, fish, enjoy the best local delicacies, and let the days unfold naturally — the local way. We don’t focus on luxurious boat lifestyle. We focus on the experience and the journey itself. The feeling on board is relaxed, wholesome, and authentic — about being present, connected to the sea, and enjoying summer in Greece as it truly is. We both have over 10 years of sailing experience, with official sailing certifications and first aid training. George is the skipper, licensed for open-sea sailing, radio communication, and first aid. He holds two Master’s degrees in geopolitics and has a deep love for history and fishing. Marina is the deckhand, also licensed for open-sea sailing, with studies in English Literature and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies. We speak English, French, Spanish, and Russian. We mention our studies not to impress, but because they shape how we host. We are more than operators — we enjoy sharing stories, context, and insight, and helping our guests understand the places they visit. Our boat is a 51.2 ft Ocean Star — a Greek-built sailing yacht designed for Mediterranean travel. She is spacious, seaworthy, and equally suited for cruising and real sailing. Built in 2000, she is one of the few pieces produced, and we have been renovating her ourselves over the past four years. She is our Princess, and we take great care of her prioritizing safe travels. On board, there are five cabins, four toilets, and a large, comfortable cockpit where most of life happens during the journey. We offer two main types of journeys: coastal sailing in Crete and its surrounding uninhabited islands (e.d. Dia island), or island hopping in the Cyclades. The starting point can be either Crete or Santorini, depending on the trip you choose. In the Cyclades, we prefer islands that are less popular and more serene, places that have preserved their soul — to name but a few Anafi, Astypalaia, Amorgos, Irakleia, and Koufonisia. Each route is flexible and always discussed with our guests. Weather conditions and wind direction are essential in planning, and they guide our final decisions. Based on the forecast, we usually prepare two or three possible route options, choosing what feels safest and most enjoyable for everyone on board. For practical details: the skipper and hostess are included in the price. Fuel, water, and the basic amenities listed in the relevant sections are also included. Drinks other than water, food and mooring fees (when applicable) are not included in the price. Although the boat has a larger capacity, we welcome a maximum of six guests to keep the experience personal, comfortable, and unhurried. This experience is for travelers looking for something different — not just moving from one beautiful island to another, but truly tasting Greek summer at sea, its culture, rhythm, and way of life.

Our Charter Approach & Practical Details Our approach We are a small, independently run sailing business, and we value our guests as friends on board. Our goal is to create a unique marine journey rather than simply offer a sailing trip — where you also feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for, while everything remains clear and straightforward. Below is a short overview of key charter details. A full and detailed charter agreement is always provided in advance, so you can review all terms before booking. Booking & payment All bookings and payments are completed securely through the GetMyBoat platform, in accordance with GetMyBoat’s policies. This ensures clarity, transparency, and peace of mind, especially for guests booking their holidays from overseas. What is included in the charter fee The following services and equipment are included in the charter price: - Professional Skipper - Deckhand / Hostess - Fuel - Water - Yacht insurance - Third-party liability insurance - Linen & towels - Diving / snorkeling equipment - Dinghy with engine - Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) What is not included The following are not included in the charter fee unless otherwise agreed in advance: - Mooring or marina fees (when applicable) - Meals and provisions - Alcoholic beverages - Personal expenses We are always happy to discuss preferences ahead of time and help you plan accordingly. Insurance & liability The owner maintains appropriate insurance for the yacht, including marine hull insurance and third-party liability coverage, in accordance with Greek maritime regulations. The charterer is responsible for any damage or loss caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of agreed onboard rules during the charter period. Full details are outlined in the charter agreement provided prior to the trip. Safety & onboard conduct Both skipper and hostess are licensed offshore sailors with first aid training and many years of experience at sea. The yacht is equipped with up-to-date safety and life-saving equipment, as required by law. Guests are kindly asked to follow maritime safety rules and the skipper’s guidance at all times — a standard and essential part of safe sailing. Routes, weather & decision-making Sailing is guided by nature. Routes are always discussed together and planned based on guest preferences, weather conditions, and wind direction. When needed, two or three alternative route options are considered. For safety reasons, the skipper always makes the final decision — a normal and necessary practice in sailing. Group size Although the yacht is spacious, we limit our charters to a maximum of 6 guests. This allows for a calm atmosphere, personal attention, and a more meaningful sailing experience. Cancellation policy - Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before the charter start date - No refund for late cancellations, early departure, or no-shows Full details are clearly outlined in the charter agreement provided before the trip. A final note This is not a mass-tourism product. It’s a shared journey at sea — shaped by the weather, the rhythm of sailing, and the people on board.
