CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOAT RENTALS - Cancellation only applies to bad weather and NO SHOW All bookings & sales are final. Cancelation only applies to bad weather (e.g.: rain, fog, red tide, or small craft advisory from national marine forecast). All bareboat "renters" are to meet at pick up location 30 minutes prior to departure. NO SHOW will be considered a cancelation from the "renter".  - Please let us know 14 days prior to Boat Rental If you decide to cancel your booking within 14 days prior to  your scheduled trip, 50% of the payment will be refunded to your card. 50% refund only applies to reservations when payments are made in full. There is no refund available for reservations that are partially paid. No refund will be available for any cancellation notice that are less than 14 days before the boat rental. If you want change your schedule to another day or time, please let us know 14 days prior to boat rental by calling. We are pleased to assist you to coordinate change the date to next available date. We will not be able to make date change requests within 14 days prior of the boat rental.  - Rules for rescheduling All rescheduling requests by customers are subject to a $100 fee to cover non refundable dockage & handling fee. No rescheduling is available within 14 days of your scheduled event Free reschedule due to weather (e.g.: rain, fog, red tide, or small craft advisory from national marine forecast) or mechanical issues.
