Stand Up Paddle Board Come join in the fun and try the fastest-growing water sport of stand up paddleboarding. (SUP) is a fun, easy and has a quick learning curve. See the water and your surroundings from a totally different perspective. Since you're standing up, you have excellent views of everything from crabs walking along the bottom to fish swimming underneath your board. People who paddleboard remark that it's almost like walking on water and are amazed at what a core-body work out it is. It's great balance training as well. You will want to dress to get wet. For colder conditions, a wet suit is recommended. On milder days, shorts and rash guard are appropriate. Remember, the water is always cold in the Puget Sound. Our company is a kayaking tour and rental company based on beautiful Whidbey Island, Washington. This year we celebrate our 13 year anniversary providing guided sea kayak tours in the waters around Whidbey Island. We are also pleased to offer paddle board rentals and bike tours. Sea kayaking is the quintessential Northwest adventure. Seeing Whidbey Island from the water is a unique perspective not available by any other means. Never kayaked? No problem. Our tours are tailored to the first-time kayaker. No previous experience is necessary. Paddling is fun and easy to learn. Our trained guides provide a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience. We supply kayaks, paddles, and life jackets. Bring water compatible shoes, sunglasses, windbreaker, sunscreen and a disposable camera. Smiles are mandatory! Whidbey Island offers a variety of wildlife. From your kayak you may see Bald Eagles, Great Blue Heron, Cormorants and Harlequin Ducks. You may also see Harbor Seals, Sea Lions, Dahl's Porpoise and more. In the early spring, we concentrate our tours in the Saratoga passage where Gray Whales cruise through and feed on the local ghost shrimp.
