Therefore this may change our route of our trip as sometimes the north may be better than the south or vice versa. At the same time weather pronostics are quite exaggerated here and so this is the reason we have a strict weather cancellation policy that has to be met for any weather cancellations with refund/reschedule to take place. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. (PERCENTAGE TAKEN ON AVERAGE OF THE HOURLY RATE/% of RAIN OF THE TOTAL HOUR OF THE TRIP! Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average HOURLY during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term. As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out). LATE CANCELLATION POLICY Charter is allowed to be Cancelled without refund if client is 30 min late or more. TIE-UPS Any tie-ups with other vessels must be coordinated in advance through GetMyBoat messaging platform. Details and other information about the involved vessels must be communicated and approved beforehand. WEEKDAY TRIP DELAYS The river bridge for the yacht does not open from 4:45PM-6PM on weekdays for rush hour traffic. Any late arrivals may cause the yacht to remain behind the bridge until the 6PM opening.
