An excellent chance to get to know more about our local fauna and flora with one of our biologist guides. The boat makes 2 stops on 2 different islands. Tour Details: • Duration(3 hours): Total time may change depending on how fast we can spot cetaceans. • Departure: Daily departures from Faro at 12:30 and 4 PM (Alternative departure times available upon request - contact us for more info). Departure from Olhão with a minimum of 4 adults (on request only) • Participants: The tour runs with a minimum of 2 adults and a maximum of 8 people. Itinerary: This activity is an excellent opportunity to explore and learn more about Ria Formosa Natural Park and its flora and fauna. A biologist guide will take you by boat through the marshlands of Ria Formosa towards the barrier islands. The tour includes 2 stops at 2 different islands: Deserta (30 min) and Culatra - Farol village (1h). During this tame you can freely explore the islands or just sit back and relax at one of its beautiful beaches. OwnerOur Company is new portuguese boat tour and marine biology research company. The idea came out of two young Marine Biologists that share a passion for nature, boats and science! Our main goal is to use boat tours as a way to collect data for scientific research (ie: Dolphin watching data collection) but also a way to fund our own research trips during low seasons.

Tour Terms • Weather Conditions - Our tours rely on natural conditions. Therefore, we will inform you in advance if there is any change. • Insurance - Insurance is included for all boat tours held by our company. For more information regarding this, contact our team. • Accessibility - Some activities are not suitable for people with reduced mobility or impairing diseases. Contact us in advance if you have any questions regarding mobility or accessibility. • Our Staff - At meeting time, look for people wearing a white shirt with our logo. • Boarding - Boarding starts 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. • Other Information - For your comfort, bring adequate clothing. Even during summer time, it is a good idea to bring a jacket for Dolphin tours. Sun cream, water and beach towels are also advised specially from May to October. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 48h before the tour. • Cancellations made less than 48h before the tour date/time are charged with 20% of the total booking value. • No show = 100% payment. Note that, due to COVID-19 we lifted the cancel policy until July 1st 2021 – until then all cancels are free regardless of the time. Minimum age: 2 years old.
