Terms and conditions USE AND CONDITION OF THE VESSEL 1.1 The Customer expressly declares that they received the vessel in good working, maintained and clean condition, suitable for the stay and equipped with all the necessary and indispensable equipment for its proper functioning. 1.2 The vessel subject to the contract will always be moored, any need for a transfer can be contacted by the renter, however an additional cost may be charged on the spot. 1.3 The Renter informs the Customer of all the characteristics of the vessel and all the specificities for its proper use and safety. An inventory will be available on the boat with information on security procedures and safety procedures. 1.4 The Renter undertakes, when hiring, to provide the Customer with a copy of the terms liability and rental agreement. 2.1 The Customer undertakes to use the rented vessel with all care and zeal, considering the rules of good use and always respecting current law. 2.2 The Customer will be responsible for any accident, loss, damage, loss or damage caused by him, as well as for any unjustified delay in the delivery of the vessel, 2.3 The Customer is obliged to report to the Renter all breakdowns or accidents that occurred during the term of the contract. 2.4 The cleaning of the vessel is the sole responsibility of the customer for the duration of the rental contract. 2.5 The Customer must immediately notify the Renter of any accident, claim, or incident, regardless of their nature. 2.6. If the Customer wishes to extend the rental of the vessel, he must request authorization from the Charterer to extend the contract, with the latter having the right to accept such extension or not, and if this is accepted, the Customer is obliged to immediately pay the amount corresponding to the respective extension of the contract .2.7 The Renter is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property from the moment the vessel is delivered. 3 No claim is possible in the event of an accident caused by negligence on the part of the renter. The renter must immediately inform the owner of any accident, so they will be assisted in the entire repair process .3.1 The lessee must not repair or have the damage or damage suffered by the boat repaired. Damage caused to the vessel due to misuse or negligence on the part of the lessee, which may result in a fine of €5,500 . PAYMENTS 3.1 The vessel subject to the contract will only be made available after payment of the full rental amount.
