🚤 Rental Policy 📆 Reservation & Payment - The full amount of $850 must be paid at the time of booking to secure your reservation. - Booking is for a private tour of up to 6 guests. - Includes 2 hours of jetski use within the 5-hour tour. ⏰ Late Arrivals - Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. - We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that time, the tour may be shortened or canceled with no refund. 🚫 Cancellations & Refunds - Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before your tour date. - 50% refund if canceled 3 to 6 days before the tour. - No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or for no-shows. 🌧️ Weather Policy - In case of unsafe weather conditions (determined by the captain), we will offer: - - A reschedule at no extra cost - Or a full refund 🛟 Safety Rules - Life jackets are mandatory at all times during jetski operation. - No intoxicated guests will be allowed to operate the jetski. - The captain reserves the right to end the tour at any time if safety rules are violated, with no refund. 🍹 Food & Drinks - Light snacks, water, soda, and beer are included. - You are welcome to bring your own cooler with drinks and prepared food. 📸 Damages & Responsibility - Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the boat, equipment, or jetski. - A damage inspection will be done before and after the tour.
