Terms and conditions Cancellation Policy: Outside 30 days of the charter date will receive a 100% refund minus processing fee. Within 30 days of the charter date will receive a 50% refund. 3-7 days from the charter date will receive a 25% refund. 48 hr or 'no show' cancellations will receive a 0% refund unless under extraordinary circumstances (determined by the criteria of Seaside Pacific Group and based on the general rule among Nautical Tourism Service Providers). If a charter is rebooked for the same day, Seaside Pacific Group will refund 95%.
