Cancellation Policy

Full refund up to 5 days prior.

Additional Terms & Information

If a cancellation is needed please notify us immediately so that the necessary adjustments can be made. However, a full refund will be extended to you on cancellations that are made 120 hours prior to the day of the scheduled tour. Cancellations 84 hours prior to the day of the scheduled tour/transfer will attract a penalty of 50% of the payment made. Cancellations that are made less than 84 hours, we reserve the right to withhold the full amount paid.
