Full refund up to 14 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
Cancellation Policy Cancellation by Client: More than 14 Days Prior: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled charter date will receive a full refund of the deposit. 5 to 7 Days Prior: Cancellations made between 5 and 7 days before the scheduled charter date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Less than 7 Days Prior: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled charter date will forfeit the entire deposit. Cancellation: If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments will be provided, or an alternative date can be arranged at your convenience. Weather Policy Severe Weather Conditions: If severe weather conditions are deemed unsafe for sailing, we will reschedule your charter to the next available date that suits you. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. Payment Policy Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of your charter fee is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled charter date. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit. Modifications Booking Changes: Any modifications to your booking, such as changes in the number of guests or additional services, should be requested at least 4 days prior to the charter date. We will do our best to accommodate your requests based on availability. Same Day Reschedule Policy Same Day Reschedules: Requests to reschedule on the same day as the charter will incur a fee of 25% of the total charter cost and are subject to availability. The initial deposit will not be refunded, and an additional 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the new date. No-Show Policy No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled charter without prior notification, the full charter fee will be charged, and no refunds will be issued. Liability Personal Responsibility: We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your charter. Guests are encouraged to take necessary precautions and ensure personal items are secured. Safety Compliance: All guests must comply with safety instructions provided by the crew. Failure to adhere to safety guidelines may result in termination of the charter without a refund. Additional Policies Damage and Cleaning Fees: Any damage caused to the yacht or excessive cleaning required due to guest actions will be charged to the client. Alcohol Consumption: Guests must consume alcohol responsibly. We reserves the right to terminate the charter if guests' behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
