Weather Cancellations: - Charters will proceed rain or shine. - Severe weather (e.g. lightning, high winds) may result in rescheduling or full refund at the captain’s discretion. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: - Please arrive 15 minutes early. - Charters begin at the scheduled time—late arrivals do not extend cruise time. - No-shows are non-refundable. Safety First: - Life jackets provided and must be worn upon request. - No swimming unless explicitly approved by the captain. Boat Rules: - No smoking inside cabin (designated area on deck). - No red wine or staining foods. - Shoes off policy inside. - Any damage to the vessel will result in charges. BYOB Friendly: - Alcohol permitted (21+ only). - No glass bottles unless pre-approved. - Intoxicated guests may be refused boarding or cut short—safety is priority. Media/Photoshoots: - Content creation encouraged! Let us know in advance for setup options.
