Please Note: The security deposit is NOT charged upfront. This is an incidental deposit. Rental Terms: All Passengers must sign the rental agreement upon boarding the vessel. Participation in any water sport comes with the inherit danger of injury and/or death. Alcohol increases the risk of injury or death, therefor; We reserve the right to restrict water sports due to intoxication, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the boat owner, or a representative of the boat owner. All weather related cancellations will be the sole decision of the boat owner. Weather cancellations will be made for, but not limited to, lightning in the immediate area, tornado, flood, winds over 40 mph, temps below 50 degrees, or an act of god. No Glass No Red Colored Drinks No Messy Foods: ie- fried chicken, cake, chocolate, popcorn, cornbread, etc. Last but not least, Have Fun!! We love what we do, and we want y'all to love it too!
