Weather: Trips may be rescheduled or refunded when thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, unsafe water conditions, mechanical concerns, or other safety issues make operation inadvisable. Weather and safety decisions are made before departure based on current conditions at the confirmed launch location. Mobile delivery: Delivery, launch, and retrieval are included within 15 road miles of Riverview, Florida. Delivery from 16 to 30 miles is available for an additional $50. Delivery from 31 to 45 miles is available for an additional $100. Longer-distance delivery requires approval and a custom quote. The exact launch location and any applicable delivery, parking, or ramp charges will be confirmed through GetMyBoat before booking. Rental requirements: • The person renting the jet ski must be at least 18 years old. • Every operator must satisfy applicable Florida boating education requirements and present the required identification or certificate. • All riders must wear an approved life jacket while underway. • The engine cutoff lanyard must remain attached to the operator. • No alcohol or impairing substances may be consumed before or during operation. • Daylight operation only. • No towing, racing, intentional wake jumping, reckless maneuvers, or intentional beaching. • Riders must remain within the designated operating area and avoid shallow water, restricted areas, and wildlife protection zones. Fuel: The jet ski will be delivered with a full tank. Fuel is not included in the rental rate. The renter is responsible for the actual cost of fuel used during the trip. Any fuel charge will be supported by the refill receipt. Arrival and return: Please arrive approximately 20 minutes before the scheduled departure for check-in and the required safety briefing. The jet ski must be returned to the agreed location on time and in the condition in which it was provided. Additional time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate when it affects retrieval or another scheduled booking. Security allowance: A $1,000 security allowance applies to documented minor damage, excessive cleaning, additional fuel, late return, or other agreed incidental expenses. It is not charged upfront and is only used if a valid claim is submitted through GetMyBoat.
