Rental Terms - Renter must be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification. - All renters and riders must complete and sign the required rental and liability waivers before departure. - Operator must meet all applicable Florida boating/PWC requirements. - Maximum capacity: 2 riders. - Life jackets must be worn at all times while operating or riding the PWC. - A safety and operating briefing is required before departure. - Fuel is not included in the rental price. - A refundable security deposit is required before departure and is subject to post-rental inspection. - Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. - No reckless operation, racing, beaching, towing, or operation in restricted/shallow areas. - PWC must remain within the approved riding area provided at check-in. - Late returns may be subject to additional fees. - Rental may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled when weather or water conditions are considered unsafe. - PWC must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. - No alcohol or drug use while operating the PWC. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a rental when safety rules are not followed.
