This Baja Ceviche, featuring fish and shrimp, Made with fresh Shrimp and Tuna fish marinated in lime, tomato, onion, cilantro, and tortilla chips.
The Tuna fish is Fresh and served at the perfect temperature.

CHICKEN AND CHEESE QUESADILLAS
A simple classic. Cheese or chicken with cheese quesadillas made aboard with a trio of sauces including sour cream, salsa verde, and red salsa.

CHICKEN AND BEEF FAJITAS
Marinated and seasoned chicken or beef with a fajita medley of veggies, served family style with tortillas and sauces.
