Paros Boat Rental
Paros is a Greek Island that is a part of the Cyclades. It's a popular stop for tourists who are island hopping or on their way by ferry to Santorini. It’s the 3rd most popular Greek island for tourists after Santorini and Mykonos. It’s an old fishing island with a laidback charm and beautiful natural surroundings. The locals are friendly and welcome tourists to their little paradise. Some even consider Paros to be the most beautiful of all the Greek islands.
The Aegean sea is famous for being a brilliant blue contrasted against rugged, rocky islands full of whitewashed old buildings. There is a constant strong wind between Paros and Naxos, making it a haven for wind sports enthusiasts. The best times of year to visit Paros are during the shoulder seasons. April through June and September through October will see smaller crowds and more reasonable prices. The weather will still be warm during the shoulder season, but it’s recommended to bring layers in case the evenings cool off. July and August are the hottest and the busiest months, driving up prices on the island. During the winter, the island is quiet. The prices drop significantly and it's too cold for the average person to enjoy the beach.
To get to Paros, the easiest way is to fly to Athens and then take a ferry. There are frequent ferries running in between Athens and Paros, stopping at Naxos, Ios and a few other of the Cyclades. The ferry takes about 4 hours.
