He quickly answered our many questions right away, (from initial inquiry to the day of our rental) went above and beyond at every level -- from general communication, directions to where to meet him at the boat dock, helping us with special life preserver needs for the grandkids, and more! He was early for drop off and pickup, did a fantastic job checking me out on his Sea-Doo boat that I've never operated before, and the boat itself looked brand new! He had every piece of safety gear on board, and the boat performed flawlessly! He gave a detailed description on where we could go on Fremont Lake to maximize our experience, to include where we could safely beach for a swimming break during our rental period!
