   The initial drop off process was unexpected and a bit delayed due to the misunderstanding. However, Laszlo made it up on the backend by meeting us a bit later. What we were most impressed by was that he thought of everything....provided a cooler, ice, trash bags and even phone chargers. Over all the boat was in great shape and he provided everything we could possibly need and then some. Great customer service and communication!

   Danial and his daughter were so accommodating and pleasant to talk to. Once we got there his directions were clear and easy to follow. Overall really enjoyed our moms birthday boat ride!
