Perfect day out, Excellent boat and skipper
We were a group of 9 adults and 7 children and we all had a fantastic time. The staff were amazing, patient, attentive and really very sweet with the kids. We stopped off twice on the trip for a swim and then had lunch which was exceptional. The boat itself was comfortable, stylish and there was plenty of space on board. I can’t fault the whole trip. It was all perfect!
This is most likely the best self-drive boat company you can find in the local area of Silema/Valetta/Msida. I spent hours looking for a suitable boat that would cater for our needs. Sarah was awesome, we thoroughly enjoyed renting the RIB for the day. Communication was great through whatsapp and helped advise on all questions instantly. We headed up the coast over towards Gozo and stayed around the Blue Lagoon for the day. It took just over an hour to reach it in fairly calm waters. The RIB was great fun. Really quick, handled really well, and was easy to anchor in shallow waters. It had a collapsable bimini which helped keep us out of the sun when we were out on the water at anchor then packed away for the return journey. Came equipped with a VHF radio and easy-to-use throttle/pitch control for the 140bhp engine. Which absolutely flew when the water was calm. We had a pack of beer and a food platter with some water in a cooler box under the rear seats. This was a lifesaver as we didn't want to leave the boat unattended at any point and had plenty of fresh food/drinks to last us for the day. We used around £60 of fuel during the day, which was around a 2-hour voyage. We thought this was totally reasonable. I'd 100% revisit Sarah in the future when we return back to Malta again. It's a great way to spend the day out and I felt top support from her whilst we had the boat under our watch. Don't hesitate to send an inquiry, I looked for ages to find a boat that I felt comfortable out at sea in. Some of the other companies supply much smaller exploring boats which I feel would unsuitable for sea/costal crossings! Thanks again Sarah and look forward to seeing you again soon! Tom
A perfect boat, exactly what we were looking for! I had a few issues with booking, completely my fault, on both date and time but I was given prompt responses and alterations to my booking without feeling like I was difficult. I asked about docking and was given a prebooked docking location which massively helped plan our route. The boat itself is perfect, spacious and easy to drive. Excellent comms throughout and exactly as described. Thank you!
Really efficient and helpful communications, especially when I had to change some booking details from the UK. Lovely helpful people and great boat in immaculate condition. Smooth and easy handovers both on departure and return, and great value. Will use again.
Very happy with our experience. The kayak was fully equipped and Rita gave us a brief on what we should and shouldn't do to keep safe. They even helped us get into the kayak and get back out. Was a great experience and we will definitely do it again.
