   This was my first time in Seattle. Me and my friends didn’t want to miss a boat ride. Our boat ride with captain Jeff was truly unforgettable. From the moment we boarded, he made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and safe. Jeff’s professionalism and experience were clear right away, but what stood out most was how friendly and approachable he was. He shared great knowledge about the area, showed us the best views, and made sure the entire trip was smooth and enjoyable. The boat was spotless and well taken care of, and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group had a great time. He struck the perfect balance between giving us space to enjoy ourselves and stepping in to make the experience even better.    From the jump Michael was very professional and came through at a time when my original plans were going up in smoke. I was a little bit un easy with the process of verifying my ID with the account being locked for a period of time, but Michael was able to put my mind at ease and everything was going to be ok, and it was.
