Communication and flexibility were solid throughout - especially when we got a message the morning of that the original boat we booked had mechanical issues and was now unavailable. They quickly replaced it with a comparable one, and everything went smoothly. The captain and first mate were fantastic - super friendly, funny, and really made the experience fun. I wanted great vibes for my bachelorette and Matt delivered!! The entire group had a fantastic time out on the water. The boat was clean and well-maintained, we were greeted with a bottle of prosecco, we jammed to music with the great sound system, and there were options for people to either be in the shade or full sun. Pickup location and pre-trip info was clear and well communicated. The time flew by. Will definitely book with Matt again!
