   You will never find a nicer, more accommodating host. The boats are all reliable and immaculate. Ray lives close by and can make arrangements at the drop of a hat. Fall fishing on Lake Hamilton is hitting hard. Don’t look any further than Ray’s babies. He’s got ya covered.

   Ray was very easy to communicate with. We rented a boat and had issues with the boat, but he went beyond in making up for it. The first rental day our prop fell off, Ray towed us to Greg Orr and got us back on the water in about an hour. We enjoyed the rest of the day but the boat broke down on the way to return it. Ray told us he would do a partial refund or a full free day for another time. We took the free day and got the same boat as before, and zero issues. Truly believe the issue with the boat was not his fault and bad luck. We did have some miscommunication on rescheduling the free day but we didn’t do well in following up with each other. Overall, Ray handled the situation well and I believe he will do what’s right for any renter that isn’t satisfied or has issues.

   John was excellent. We did two charters with him during our stay on Lake Hamilton. He was super communicative, on time and provided an awesome experience for our group. 10/10 - would use him again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the best pontoon cruise a group could ask for!

   I booked last minute for my birthday and John delivered. I was able to get in the next day and the trip on lake Catherine was awesome. John was friendly and showed us the different houses and history for each. He willingly took several pictures of and for us. The boat ride was very pleasant and enjoyable. I highly recommend booking with him. I plan to do business in the future.

   Our family had an awesome time on John’s boat! The kids said the boat and riding on the giant pizza tube was the highlight of our trip to Hot Springs. Its been years since I rode a tube and so glad I did! John picked us up from our dock and made everyone will safe and comfortable during our 3 hr excursion. He also showed us around the lake and pointed our things only the locals would know. I would definitely recommend and hire John again!

   John is very professional and knowledgeable. His boat was immaculate and looks and operates like brand new. He was very nice and accommodating with my elderly parents who have lots of questions and like to talk. He also stopped to allow us to feed some Canadian geese and ducks who were on the lake and had brought crackers to do so. 💯 recommend doing this ride with John!
