Rental Terms and Conditions - Weather & Cancellations: Rain checks are available for inclement weather and may be redeemed on any non-holiday date. Please note that "no-shows" or arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will result in a cancellation without a refund. - Age & Licensing Requirements: The minimum age to rent is 21. In compliance with state law, operators born after 1985 must possess a valid Arkansas Boater Education Certificate. For additional information on local regulations, please consult the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) website. - Operational Rules: All state boating regulations and company policies must be strictly followed. Operation of the vessel is prohibited between sunset and sunrise. - Vessel Condition: The boat must be returned in the same condition as received: clean, free of debris, and with a full tank of fuel. - Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required before taking possession of the vessel. For your convenience, this can be completed via email after your booking is confirmed; please notify us if you prefer this option.
