   Alex, but especially the boat crew was exceptional. It was so easy to communicate with Alex on all parts of the trip and the boat looked really nice as well. We were saddened to not be able to partake in any water activities due to the weather conditions, so please keep that in mind when booking.    Flawless 42ft Sea Ray Sundancer

   We (couple of two) had a great time, highly recommend. Started on time, cruised out of the lagoon, stopped at a wrecked ship to snorkel with the fish on our way to Island Mujeres. Stopped off at Playa del Norte to swim, then docked at a nice restaurant (food was great!) right in the little town. Rented a golf cart and drove around the island for 2 hours and then came back to the boat, cruised along Island Mujeres and took in the beautiful views, and then anchored off the coast in the most beautiful blue water to swim for a bit. Then cruised back to the marina in Cancun. Staff was very friendly and attentive the entire trip, we don’t really drink alcohol so even accommodated sparkling water for us! Had a great time and highly recommend. It’s especially worth it as you pass all the boats packed full of tourists where you can barely walk or find a place to sit on board. Enjoy!

   Omg what an AMAZING catamaran trip! Booked this private trip for a 40th birthday with my girls and we loved every minute. The initial communication with Joe was great. He answers any and all questions and responds in a timely manner. We were dropped off at the dock by our uber and the crew was at the curb to meet us and grab our bags. How sweet! The had a short wait- where you can get drinks or shop for souvenirs- and then we boarded the catamaran. The boat was stocked with beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and they served them immediately LOL The captain gave us a few rules and off we went. We had a stop for snorkeling and detoured to the island early for extra time. The boat was clean and had indoor and outdoor space. The crew was SOOO PLEASANT!! They felt like family by the time we were done. If you a considering a commercial catamaran vs private GO PRIVATE and book with Joe!!

   The experience was absolutely incredible!! Our captain was very welcoming and our stew was extremely attentive. We joked we wish we could take him everywhere, but he truly was amazing. He made sure our drinks were refilled, pictures taken, safety ensured, and fun was had! The waves were choppy, so we did not get to go to Playa Norte or Isla Muejeres, but still had a great time.
