Even though our trip didn’t go ahead due to bad weather, Tonci was extremely helpful with the booking. We had booked without a skipper but we didn’t have a boating license (failed to read the terms and conditions properly - our fault). Tonci didn’t have a skipper available but offered to take us out himself. We then asked for recommendations to buy fishing equipment and he told us exactly where to go and what we needed to buy. It was a shame the weather was bad as would have loved to have gone but next time we are in Zadar, I will message Tonci again.

Wow. Where to begin?! Our trip with Tonci was incredible from start to finish, and the short review is: book a trip with Tonci and it will be the highlight of your holiday! A more thorough review: Before the trip he was very communicative when the weather looked bad, and rescheduled to accommodate us to give us the best trip possible on a nicer day. And what a great decision! He listened to what we wanted to do with our day and we came up with a plan that had both adventure and relaxation. The Dalmatian Coast has it all and Tonci can tailor the trip to you - a massive benefit of having a knowledgeable and willing private skipper as opposed to a mass-market, cattle-loaded, inflexible group trip. We went to his favourite private haunts along the coasts; little coves and bays that we had all to ourselves. We along went snorkelling around a shipwreck that was exciting, and he even took some GoPro footage for us that we were very impressed with. Snorkelling in a seacave was one of my highlights - exhilarating and beautiful. He opened the throttle on the open water which was really fun, cruised leisurely around the shallows to take in the incredible colours of the water, and provided lunch and refreshments. We also visited Saharun Beach. Some of these individual excursions you can book with other larger group tours, but doing all of them with Tonci was great value for money, and doing it privately was really quite special. That was the amazing trip. The company was a complete bonus: Tonci has perfect English, is very laid back and was a really good laugh. He gave a great insight into the history and geography of the region and his experiences; he loves his country and most of all he clearly loves hanging out with people on the water. What a day, one my wife and I will remember for many years to come. Thanks so much Uncle Tonci, we will come again soon!

Boat tour - Kornati turquoise fairytale
The communication was superb, and Tonci found the best day for our boat trip. We had an awesome day, visited lots of beautiful places, and tons of laughs :)) Tonci is a very nice person, we loved his sense of humour, and he is very dedicated to his customers. You will definitely have a experienced kaptein going with Tonic. I am not familiar with the sea, but I felt secure with Tonci. He guided us well with the mask and the snorkel, even though I was afraid and panicked. He had the solution for every thing. I will highly recommend his boay trips.

Snorkeling Tours
Tonci, is an amazing skipper and I would highly recommend booking him. He certainly will not disappoint. He is extremely knowledgeable of Zadar as well as the neighboring islands. I really appreciated the fact that he made sure we met up the night before our trip to discuss interests in order to customize the perfect trip for us. Tonci is also very personable and thoughtful. It was a pleasure getting to know him and he also took interest in getting to know us. The trip/tour he guided us on was honestly the highlight of our entire trip to Croatia. We snorkeled in and around a ship wreck, swam in a cave, cliff jumped into aqua blue waters, and relaxed on secluded beaches. It was an experience I will never forget.

Tonci is the best tour guide in Zadar! His laid back personality and knowledge of the area makes him the best tour guide in Croatia. His tour was by far the best tour we have ever experienced. We really enjoyed talking with him and hanging out between stops. Will definitely use him for all the site seeing in the area.
