Enjoy rafting on Ubaye River in Le Lauzet-Ubaye, France! Rafting is practised in a 3 to 9 seats, unsinkable boat especially designed for white water (the Raft). It is equipped with a self-emptying system and foot straps which allow a fairly good stability inside the boat. While rafting, you will develop a strong relationship with your experimented guide who will give you all the necessary advice to skillfully manoeuver in the rapids, while enjoying the team spirit of navigating with other person. Entertaining and athletic at the same time, rafting allows nice and fun rides with your family as well as thrilling runs down class II to class V rapids. To go rafting, you will be equipped with : - A neoprene swimm suit - A neoprene jacket - A pair of neoprene slippers - A helmet - A life jacket - Paddle Prices: • The Rafting Course (1.30 hours): €40 EUR per person Includes an initiation to the techniques of navigation and security, all this in good spirits. • Junior - The Rafting Course (1.30 hours): €35 EUR per person Includes a discovery rafting course alone or with family, but however always supervised by one of our guides. • The Sports Rafting Course (1.30 hours): €45 EUR per person This course on the ex of the above in summer or on the Bachelard in Spring requires all the team’s attention. • The Integral Raft (2.30 hours): €70 EUR per person Comprises one session and the sports course, you will navigate on some of the most beautiful of the Ubaye’s spots and continue on stunning class IV and V rapids. • The Integral Summer (3 hours): €70 EUR per person Comprises a session and the sports course in raft followed by a run in kayak air or in canoe hot dog.
