Rental Conditions The outings are organized with the utmost attention to the safety and comfort of the guests. In case of weather conditions not suitable for navigation, the departure may be rescheduled or, if not possible, reimbursed according to platform policies . Late bookings are accepted subject to the availability of the boat and with security conditions. In case of no-show without notice, the amount of the reservation is non-refundable . On board, a respectful behavior of the boat, the crew and the fundamental safety rules are required: movements with caution, correct use of equipment and compliance with the instructions of the skipper. It is forbidden to carry illegal substances on board or to adopt behaviors that could endanger navigation . Any damage caused by guests will be assessed and retained according to the rental conditions. Additional services (gourmet catering, water toys, jet skis, premium equipment) must be confirmed in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.
