Nyaman Catamaran a Nusa Penida Cruise - for 3 Person

PAYMENT:  Documents with the value of a contract shall constitute the quote that you will receive. It is valid for 7 days under the conditions of a booking made by the client. Prices are for the whole boat. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking. This payment has to be received within a maximum of 7 days from the day of confirmation of the booking. An invoice for your payment will be sent. The balance must be paid 60 days prior to your arrival. In the case of a reservation made less than 60 days before arrival, the full amount will be due. If payments are not made on the agreed dates, Nyaman Boat has the right to cancel the cruise. Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. In the context of payment by credit card, 3% will be added to the price of the reservation.       INSURANCE & TERMS OF TRAVEL:  It is highly recommended to take out travel insurance before your departure. In case of inability to travel occurring before departure, this insurance covers cancellation fees. This insurance should also guarantee assistance (early return, hospital fees, repatriation costs, etc.). A medical insurance to cover medical costs, assistance, public liability, and accidents is required as well. All the obligations related to the trip (obtaining a visa, valid insurances, customs formalities) are client's responsibilities. RULES AND CONDITIONS OF MARINE ACTIVITIES AND DIVES The client is solely responsible for providing, a medical certificate, contraindication, patent and diving license. The client acknowledges having sufficient experience and knowledge of the risks. In case of an accident happening during one of the aquatic activities, the customer will be responsible. LIABILITIES: Aboard Nyaman Catamaran, passengers are responsible for damages or losses occurring during their stay. Nyaman Catamaran cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or deaths during the cruise. If weather conditions are unfavorable, in the case of technical problems, or if there is a delay in obtaining authorizations from port authorities, itineraries and activities may be changed without notice to ensure the safety of all passengers. Nyaman Catamaran cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of providing expected services in cases of default by external contractors, conflicts, or the occurrence of serious problems beyond its control. Nyaman Catamaran does not take responsibility for compensation claims related to air travel arrangements.      LITIGATION: Any disagreement concerning the interpretations or applications of the recent contract which cannot be settled out of court by both parties, will be submitted to the competent court of Law in Indonesia.
