Cancellation policy: · In case of your cancellation 9 or more days prior to the start date, we will refund your down payment. · In case of your cancellation 0-8 days prior to departure time, we do not provide a refund of your down payment. · Failure to show up on time at the designated location for the pick-up is treated as a last-minute cancellation and will result in the full charge with no eligibility for a refund. · In case of our cancellation due to high waves before departure, you are entitled to a refund of your payment minus a 20% administration fee, or you have a chance to change the date of the trip if a boat is available. By booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this cancellation policy.
