Additional Fees: Week:  Embarkation: Dubrovnik or Split Disembarkation: Dubrovnik or Split Check in: 17:00h Check out: 9:00h Client: Price for week charter: AS PER PRICE LIST The price includes: Insurance of the yacht, permits, 4 crew members (captain, chef, deckhand, steward), fuel for main engine, (average of 4h navigation per day), generator work for 24h of AC, fuel for tender, bed linen, towels and beach towels, hair dryer in each cabin, bathroom cosmetics, fan in each cabin, yacht cleaning, sport equipment (canoe, paddle board, snorkeling and fishing equipment) The price doesn’t include: Half board supplement: €420 per person per week(breakfast and lunch) - mandatory Full board supplement: €570 per person per week – optional Children food reduction: 0-3 years free of charge,3-10years 50% Extra meal: €35 per person All inclusive alcoholic drinks: €210 per person per week, (Croatian quality wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, juices, water, coffee and tea) Still water, tea and coffee All inclusive non alcoholic drinks: €105 per person per week Beverages completely supplied by clients: €700 per week Price also excludes: tourist taxes, entrances to national parks, more than 4 hours of engine work per day (€80/h) use of tender for water sports (€100/h), tips for the crew One way supplement for Dubrovnik (€1.000 – optional; charged only if empty leg is caused) Port fees are mandatory. Cost of €1.000 per week includes expenses in town ports (private marinas are not included) and tourist taxes Payment:  Deposit (50%): 2  weeks after signing contract Balance payment (50%): 60 days before join yacht Important note: the indicated amount must be exact to the one we receive on our account, without any bank fees. Eventual differences will be added on balance payment.   After we receive the payment on our account, we will send you the invoice. CANCELLATION BY THE CHARTERER: Cancellation by the client, the company reserves the right to levy cancellation charges as follow: 50% of the total price for cancellation 35 days and more before embarkation 100% of the total price, for cancellations within 35 days prior to embarkation The Owner should not be liable for any curtailment of the holiday caused through fault or reason from passenger. No refund shall be made in the event of curtailment of the holiday once it has commenced, however caused, nor shall the Owner be liable for any consequent expense occurred as a result of curtailment.  We recommend that clients purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation. In case clients would like to cancel their reservation or reschedule it for another period, we will do our best to satisfy their demands. If client would like to pass on the reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms and conditions, provided with necessary information about who the new guests are. CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER: in case the Owner withdrew from the present agreement before the date of delivery of the boat, he has to provide to the immediate return of every amount received.      By the time of payment, we need you to send us the completed Preference list and scanned passports. For comprehension reasons, we kindly ask clients to complete the Preference list using the computer (not in handwriting).
