Inclement weather: If unsafe weather conditions occur on the day of your tour, we will offer a rescheduled date that works for you. If a rescheduled date cannot be accommodated, a 100% refund will be issued. Cancellations made at least 3 days before the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date are non-refundable. Drivers on all tours must be age 21+ with valid ID. Passengers on the 2-hour Intracoastal Tours must be age 9+. Passengers on the private 3- and 4-hour Gulf & Shell Key tours must be age 14+. The 2-hour Intracoastal Tours may be shared with other guests. The private 3- and 4-hour Gulf & Shell Key tours are reserved exclusively for your party. Guests may reserve one or two jet skis.
