Welcome aboard the 43ft Pursuit by Tiara Yachts. This diverse luxury vessel is a super size center console and yacht all in one! Featuring a plethora of space for entertaining family and friends. All weather versatility with air conditioned/heated cockpit. Lounging and seating everywhere! Large and comfortable stable ride. A shallow draft to cruise local sandbars and scenic coves. This luxury sport yacht is a true go anywhere, do anything vessel with tons of amenities including outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, sink, corian counters, grill, microwave, icebox and prep station! Too much sun? No problem! Retractable electric sunshade built in! Or cool off in the air conditioned lounge featuring a private bathroom! How about the tunes? Absolutely! A crisp 3000w JL sound system w/ subwoofers and Bluetooth connectivity! Water toys? Yes! Floating island, SUP standup paddle board, various floats and snorkel gear included! What to bring? Towels, beverages, sunscreen (no aerosols please), good vibes and most importantly food/snacks as a long day on the water can make even the most pleasant guests a bit hangry 25 gal FREE fuel included! (18-20mi range) Additional fuel billed NOTE: 3HR charters Unavailable fri-sun after 1pm (latest start time 10am) -Max capacity 13 (Charterer + 12 guests) USCG rules. Please tip your captain/ crew. Due to USCG Rules and Florida STATE LAW: We have to offer YOU the choice of Licensed Captains - So please either choose one or accept one who has volunteered to captain the boat for you. Yacht Rental Terms: We abide by USCG and Bareboat charter policies: our legal capacity is no more than 13 people (Charterer + 12 guests) not including crew members. Captain/Crew, if you elect the ones we recommend, they are paid by you, but their per hour fee is included in the pricing on this GetMyBoat platform. We must allow you the option to hire your own captain if you so elect, but if you do so, this is at your own expense and must follow under experience/ insurance guidelines. Because of food and beverage laws, we are unable to provide any, but alcohol, food, and drinks are permitted on board at your own risk/liability. Gratuity of at least 10% is recommended at the end of your charter. The Tiara Pursuit charters rain or shine. Only in the event of inclement weather that poses a safety risk will we cancel or reschedule a reservation. Renter must be at least 21 years of age. A photocopy of the renter's ID and eSign bareboat contract will be sent from our company and must be completed prior to scheduled charter date. Due to fraud, we do NOT accept prepaid/Debit card transactions. Your booking will be CANCELLED. Max capacity 13 (Charterer + 12 guests) per USCG regulations. NOT allowed: Smoking, illegal drugs, red wine elicit behavior of any kind is prohibited and will lead to forfeiture of charter.
