Please understand that cancellaction occuring within four days of the booking or no-shows are NON REFUNDABLE. Rain will result in a reschedule only if it interferes with safety. We cannot control short bursts of rain or sprinkles, or cancel a trip, or refund any portion of a trip, mid charter due to these conditions. But if weather is unsafe (heavy rain, extended time) we will cancel and refund you 100%. We will make your charter enjoyable and make it happen safely, if it is at all possible. If there is an issue, we will make it right the best way we can.
