Rental Terms & Policies To ensure a smooth, safe, and transparent experience for all parties, the following terms apply to your booking: Additional Time: Extra rental hours may be granted at the end of your scheduled booking, solely at the captain’s discretion and based on availability. Fuel Fee: Fuel costs are automatically included in the final inquiry offer and reflected in your total booking price. Cleaning Fee: A $100 cleaning surcharge will be applied if the vessel is returned in an unclean or unsanitary condition beyond normal use. Food & Beverage Policy: Guests are welcome to bring food, beverages, and alcohol aboard. Smoking is only permitted on the rear deck. All smoking materials must be properly disposed of. No smoking allowed inside the vessel. Captain's Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the listed price. A customary tip of 10–20% is encouraged for excellent service, payable directly to the captain at the end of the trip. Same-Day Bookings: All same-day rentals must be submitted at least two (2) hours before desired departure to allow for security clearance and logistics coordination. Liability Waiver: By confirming a booking, all guests and the primary renter expressly acknowledge and accept the following: (A). You are entering into a legally binding agreement. (B). You waive the right to hold the boat owner, captain, or affiliated agents liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay arising from the use of the vessel, negligence, or natural causes. (C). You and your guests agree to follow all safety instructions, remain respectful of vessel property, and return the boat in the same condition as received. (D). Failure to comply with safety protocols or boat rules may result in early termination of the trip without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in making your lake day memorable, safe, and fun.
