Cancellations by owners for non-safety reasons may incur penalties. • Late or No-Show Bookings: Late arrivals or no-shows by renters typically result in no refund, as per the owner’s cancellation policy. If renters cancel close to departure (e.g., within 24 hours), refunds are partial depending on the policy (e.g., 50% for Flexible). No direct payments outside platform; accurate identity and payment details required. • Other Concerns: Insurance is owner’s responsibility; GetMyBoat doesn’t provide it but offers security for minor damages with documentation. Force majeure or mechanical issues allow penalty-free cancellations if documented. Disputes resolved via GetMyBoat support; taxes handled by owners where applicable.
