PRICING & CAPACITY The base charter rate is $1,800 USD for 3 hours and includes up to 20 guests. For groups larger than 20 guests, an additional group fee applies: • 21–30 guests: +$450 • 31–40 guests: +$900 • 41–50 guests: +$1,350 • 51–60 guests: +$1,800 • 61–70 guests: +$2,250 Maximum vessel capacity is 70 guests. Final guest count must be provided prior to departure. Pricing will be adjusted according to the confirmed number of guests. CANCELLATION POLICY Guests receive a 100% refund when canceling at least 15 days before the scheduled departure. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided under the applicable weather and safety policy. WEATHER & SEA CONDITIONS The captain has final authority regarding weather, sea conditions, and passenger safety. If the charter cannot safely operate due to weather or sea conditions, guests may be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable platform policy. Light rain, clouds, or normal marine conditions do not automatically qualify as unsafe conditions. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Please arrive 15–20 minutes before departure to allow enough time for check-in and boarding. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled charter time. Additional charter time may be available through the booking platform, subject to availability and applicable pricing. No-shows are non-refundable. FOOD & OPEN BAR Your charter includes grilled chicken with traditional sides, plus water, soft drinks, and a house open bar. The open bar may include: • Beer • Tequila • Vodka • Rum • Whiskey Brands and beverage selections are subject to availability. Food and beverage quantities are based on the confirmed number of guests. Please notify us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests of legal drinking age. ALCOHOL & GUEST CONDUCT The captain and crew reserve the right to limit or discontinue alcohol service to any guest when necessary for safety. Dangerous, aggressive, illegal, or excessively disruptive behavior may result in the charter being ended without refund. SWIMMING & WATER ACTIVITIES Swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, floating equipment, and other water activities are subject to weather, sea conditions, location, and captain approval. Guests must follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew. SAFETY Required safety equipment and life jackets are available onboard. All guests must follow captain and crew instructions at all times. The captain may modify the itinerary, route, stops, or activities when necessary for passenger safety. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY The renter is responsible for damage to the vessel, equipment, furnishings, or accessories caused by negligence, misuse, or failure by any member of the group to follow crew instructions. A security allowance of up to $1,000 USD may apply to valid damage or incident claims, subject to platform policies. GRATUITY Crew gratuity is not included unless specifically stated in the booking. A 15% gratuity is recommended for excellent service. PORT FEE A $2 USD per person port fee applies and is not included in the charter price. This fee is charged separately and applies to each guest onboard. Any other marina, dock, government, or local fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before final confirmation. ITINERARY Routes, stops, snorkeling locations, and activities may change depending on weather, sea conditions, harbor restrictions, charter duration, and captain discretion.
