Booking Terms & Conditions Individual Tickets & Shared Cruise Tickets are sold per person for a shared Cabo Escape cruise with other guests. Your reservation covers the number of passengers confirmed in your booking and does not include exclusive use of the vessel. What’s Included - Two-hour sunset cruise. - Freshly prepared chicken or beef fajitas. - Open bar, with alcoholic beverages for guests ages 18 and older. - Music and crew-hosted entertainment. - Access to both open-air decks. - All applicable taxes and dock usage fees (port fees). Crew gratuities are optional and not included. Check-in & Boarding Please arrive 30 minutes before departure at the boarding location provided in your booking confirmation. The cruise departs on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals. Food & Beverages Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary requirements before booking so we can confirm available accommodations. The crew may limit alcohol service for safety reasons. Cancellations & No-shows The cancellation deadline and refund conditions shown in your booking confirmation apply to your tickets. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. Weather & Safety If the operator cancels the cruise due to unsafe weather, port closure, or safety conditions, you may reschedule subject to availability or receive a full refund. The captain may adjust the route based on sea conditions and port regulations. Sunset visibility and wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Guest Conduct & Personal Belongings All guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions. Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult. Unsafe behavior, illegal substances, and unauthorized entry into the water are prohibited. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
