CANCELLATIONS: If the cancellation occurs at the express wish of the client, the expenses due are the following: If notified: 180 days in advance 15% of the reservation 90 days in advance 25% of the reservation 60 days in advance 50% of the reservation 30 days in advance 100% of the reservation 15 days in advance 100% of the price of the boat 3 days in advance 100% of the total bill including food and extras If the cancellation is due to bad weather and occurs on the day of the reservation in view of the weather conditions and in agreement with the ship's captain, 100% of the payment made will be refunded. To reserve the date it is essential that 50% of the rental price is paid. The rest will be paid 15 days before the event. For the reservation of the rest of the extras, it will also be necessary at the time of contracting the payment of 50%, paying the remaining amount together with the rent. At the time of boarding, the boat rental must be fully paid, as well as all contracted services. Otherwise, the event or excursion will be cancelled. The cancellation or annulment by the collaborator/client will entail the total loss of the amounts delivered as damages. If for weather reasons the boat could not leave, the amounts paid on account will be returned to the collaborator. This decision will be made by the skipper of the boat, the owner, but never by the collaborator. In the event that catering or any menu has been contracted, 50% of the amounts delivered will be returned. The boat is not responsible for loss, theft or theft that may occur during the journey.
