Cancellation Policy From the contracting party: In case of cancellation by the agency/operator: there will be no refund. Only change the tour date or credit option (upon analysis) for future use only when there is a requirement within 72 hours before boarding for any date that is available. However, for Carnival and New Year's Eve, these rules do not apply, with no refund or date change. For weather reasons: In case the Navy prohibits navigation due to weather conditions or safety issues, the agency/operator may change the date of the tour to any available date or credit option (upon analysis), with no refund of the amount paid for if this is an extraordinary issue. In case of technical problems: In case of technical problems (related to engine, pump, leaks, etc.) that make it impossible to use the contracted vessel on the contract date, another possible date will be presented after the problem has been resolved. If the guest/customer cannot use the vessel on the date in question, two other options that are similar or better in quality than the vessel hired as a replacement will be sent. If the replacement vessels available are of a smaller size, there will be a refund proportional to the difference in size. However, there will be no refund of the total amount in case the vessel is changed due to technical problems.
