Rules of operation - Safety First: Always follow safe boating regulations, wear life jackets at all times, and ensure all passengers have properly fitting life jackets. - No Alcohol: Operators must not consume alcohol or drugs while operating the boat. - Designated Operator: Only the person who signed the rental agreement and received the instructions is allowed to operate the boat. - Respect Boundaries: Stay within the designated rental area or navigation channels as specified by the rental company. - Observe No Wake Zones: Adhere to all "no wake" or "slow speed" zones to protect others and the shoreline. - No Sub-Renting: You are not permitted to sub-rent the boat to someone else. Returns and responsibilities - Return on Time: Return the boat by the agreed-upon time to avoid late fees. - Return as Received: You are responsible for returning the boat in the same condition as it was rented, which includes being clean and free of trash. - Damage and Fuel: You are responsible for any damage to the boat or equipment during your rental period. If the boat is not returned with a full tank of gas (as it was rented), a refueling fee will be charged. - Lost Items: You may be charged for lost items or excessive cleaning after your rental period.
