This was probably the best experience I had in Rio. Daniel was amazing from the second I booked to the second I came onboard the boat. Communication was extremely good and he was very attentive to everything I needed to have a great time with family and friends. The boat was extremely beautiful and in great new conditions! Our captain Fabrezio was fantastic and took care of us the entire evening. Food was top notch! I don’t have enough words to describe how great this experience was. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10. 1. Weather Conditions If the weather is unsafe for navigation, the charter will be rescheduled to the next available date. Safety is always our priority. 2. No-Show Policy If the client does not show up on the scheduled day and time, the booking is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. 3. Prohibited Substances No drugs or illegal substances are allowed on board under any circumstances. 4. On-Board Rules All guests must follow the crew’s safety instructions and boat rules. If rules are not respected, the captain has full authority to cancel the charter immediately, with no refund.
