If you’re considering booking with Chad and Dom, do it! We had such an amazing 5-star experience from start to finish. Their communication beforehand was clear and seamless, which made planning so easy. The boat itself was spotless, well cared for, and perfectly set up for a fun day. They truly went above and beyond to take care of us, stocked coolers with ice, helped with drinks, and planned out a fun itinerary that gave us the best of everything. Couldn’t recommend them more!

WEATHER & SAFETY POLICY • Captain’s Call: Safety is our top priority. The Captain reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel any trip due to unsafe weather conditions (severe thunder, heavy lightning, or high wind warnings). • Passing Rain & Overcast: Light, brief passing coastal showers or overcast skies do not qualify for a weather cancellation. • Weather Refunds & Rescheduling: If a trip is officially canceled by the Captain prior to departure due to severe weather, you will receive a 100% full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date. BAREBOAT CHARTER & CAPTAIN REGULATIONS • Under US Coast Guard bareboat regulations, the Charterer selects and hires the licensed Captain for the trip. Captain fees and fuel arrangements are included in your total checkout estimate unless otherwise agreed upon. BOATING & GUEST RULES • Allowed: BYOB drinks, food/snacks, towels, and your favorite music playlist! • Not Allowed: Red wine, dark berry beverages, glass bottles (canned/plastic containers preferred), spray sunscreen, or smoking/vaping. • Passenger Count: Maximum capacity is strictly capped at 12 passengers plus crew per USCG regulations. • Guest Conduct: The Captain reserves the right to terminate any charter without a refund if guest behavior becomes unsafe, illegal, or unruly.
