About me — the skipper I have been sailing throughout Europe since the late 1980s, primarily in Norway and the North Sea region. I started on monohulls before moving to catamarans around 2000. I owned and sailed my own catamaran in Norway for ten years, cruising extensively along the Norwegian coast and throughout much of the North Sea region, including several neighbouring countries. I have also sailed widely in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, mainly as a skipper but also as a crew member. For me, sailing is not only about moving from one place to another — it is about slowing down, enjoying nature, sharing good meals and conversations, and experiencing places from a completely different perspective.
