Weather & Safety Cancellations Safety is the top priority. In the event of unsafe weather (high winds, small craft advisories, severe storms), the trip may be rescheduled or canceled at the owner/captain’s discretion. Weather‑related cancellations will be handled fairly and in accordance with platform policies or mutually agreed rescheduling. Late Arrivals & No‑Shows Rental time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals do not extend the booking. No‑shows or cancellations outside the allowed window are non‑refundable per platform or charter agreement terms. Safety Requirements All passengers must follow captain and owner instructions at all times. Children must wear life jackets as required by law. The operator (for bareboat rentals) must be experienced and capable of safely operating a vessel of this size. Intoxicated operation is strictly prohibited. Boat Rules - No smoking or illegal substances onboard - No red wine or staining foods inside the cabin - Shoes may be removed while onboard to protect surfaces - No pets unless specifically approved in advance - Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded Care & Responsibility Renters are responsible for returning the boat in the same condition as received. Damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items may result in charges or use of the security deposit.
